CESPEM is a second level Master useful to graduate P.h.d. students in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Administrative Sciences, Political sciences or related to those subjects. The Master is also turned to professional persons interested in New Technologies for Small and Medium Entrerprises in transition countries.
